Keeping qualities: use within 7 days. MUST be refridgerated
Order by 5pm Tuesday for collection the same week. Your order will be prepared for Friday, but you can collect it any day over the weekend.
Orders anytime after 5pm Tuesday will be available for collection the week after.
Reheating Instructions for Pies
All Hilary’s pies are suitable for home freezing
Your pies from Hilary’s kitchen have already been cooked to pie perfection. Simply follow these instructions so you can enjoy them at their best at home.
If you have chosen to freeze your pie, please defrost overnight in your ‘fridge prior to reheating. Only reheat from chilled.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 C
- Remove from foil
- Place on a microwaveable and ovenproof plate
- Heat on high in microwave for 3-4 minutes
Reheat for 35 - 45 minutes
- Check temperature and enjoy!
If the pie is browning quickly, place back in parchment bag (left open) for half the time.
