Stoke Red originates in the early 1900s from Wedmore, in Somerset. A late season bittersharp apple, it has a balance of acidity and tannin. This cider, made without intervention and from just one single tree of Stoke Red, halted fermentation early. The result is a cider of luscious flavour, with the natural apple sweetness providing a delicate balancing note. A single barrel bottling of just 280 bottles.
